Returns and Exchanges
Conditions
You can send your order back to us within 30 days of receipt for an exchange.
The cost and risk of sending an item back for exchange are the responsibility of the customer. So don’t forget to put the appropriate postage on items you are sending back for exchange, also enclose a copy of the invoice and the Form Exchange and Returns. We will refuse to accept any return packages that do not have sufficient postage!
Products must be in unused condition and sent back in their original packaging. This means that all labels must be attached in their original condition to the item of clothing. We cannot accept any worn (you can, of course, try on the product over your underwear) or otherwise damaged swimwear back, except where there is a manufacturing defect. Clothing must not have any traces of having been worn, such as smoke or cooking smells. Consequently, we reserve the right to refuse any garment returned for exchange if we suspect that it has already been used/worn, or has been damaged by you and not by us. This also applies to products that have been used/worn incorrectly.
We do not accept Sales - Slippers - Jewels for a refund.

The exchange will be completed within 2 days after acceptance
Differences in amounts will be returned or charged. Depending on the choice of the article.
You want the amount in credits and that’s why you will receive 15% extra
The amount will be placed on your BikinisOnline account and can be used for your next purchase.
With this option, you get 15% extra credits. E.g. If your purchase amount is €100, you will receive €115 credits. If you have no account, than this will be created automatically for you.
You want my money back
The Entrepreneur shall reimburse all payments made by the Consumer, including any delivery costs that the Consumer may charge for the returned product, as soon as possible but within 14 days following the day on which the Consumer notified him of the withdrawal. Unless the Entrepreneur offers to collect the product himself, he can wait with paying back until havingreceived the product or until the Consumer proved that he returned the product, whichever occurs first.
