After you have placed your order you will automatically receive an e-mail confirmation of receipt of your order.
All products that can be purchased in the shop are always in stock, unless mentioned differently in your shopping bag.
All orders are shipped via PostNL. PostNL delivers in Belgium and the Netherlands on weekdays and Saturdays between 8am and 18pm. In other countries the order is delivered by DHL Express.
- Belgium and the Netherlands: ordered before 15.59u, delivered tomorrow. Delivery on weekdays and Saturdays between 8am and 18pm.
- Europe Zone 1: 1 to 2 working days
- Europe Zone 2: 2 to 3 working days
- Europe zone 3: 3 to 4 working days
- Rest of the world: 4 to 5 working days
